A bodyweight based, four week group-coaching program that will boost your confidence, educate you on proper form, and motivate you to make fitness a greater part of your life moving forward.
What you'll get:
- Four live group training sessions (one live workout via Zoom each week for the four weeks!).
- A new workout each week to build your skill set by focusing on core engagement and proper form with strength based exercises to ultimately build your confidence moving forward!
- Private Facebook group for the four weeks of coaching for all questions, form adjustments and accountability.
- A community of other individuals that are in the same boat as you!
- All programs and live workout recordings will be yours to keep even after the four weeks!
