Stay strong throughout your pregnancy with this self-paced strength training program. Safely maintain your lifting routine, prepare for labor, and support postpartum recovery—all with minimal equipment at home!
What you'll get:
- Strength workouts for each trimester - including full follow along workout videos and programs for you to be able to write in the weights/ reps you're working with. (Main strength workouts are roughly 45min).
- Videos centered around prenatal core, pelvic floor and breath-work.
- Mobility, stretching and labor-prep focused guided videos.
- Resources for general prenatal nutrition and tips/ tricks for staying fueled for your workouts.
- Keys to selecting the appropriate weight(s), variations and adjustments for your body as you progress through your pregnancy!
- Additional videos / workouts to utilize across all stages of pregnancy!
- Workouts are structured to best prepare your body not only for your prenatal journey, but labor/ delivery and postpartum as well!

If any injury incurs, Host is not held liable for any lost profits, personal or business interruptions, personal injuries, accidents, or any other loss, malady, disease or difficulty, or otherwise.
It is mutually understood that when engaging in physical activity of any kind, including but not limited to, any exercise or exercise program, there is a possibility of physical injury. By engaging in this program, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk; you are voluntarily participating in this program and assume all risk of injury to yourself and any parties who participate in this program along with you, and you agree to fully release and discharge Host from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of this program.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you agree and acknowledge that, in addition to what is stated above, that you: (a) have consulted with a licensed medical physician (including without limitation an obstetrician-gynecologist, as applicable) prior to engaging in this fitness program; (b) have been medically cleared by that physician to participate in this fitness program without restriction or limitation and without unusual risk of harm to yourself, your pregnancy (as applicable), or others; (c) acknowledge that the fitness program and all associated materials are the sole intellectual property of the Host; (d) will not copy, reproduce, grant unauthorized access to, infringe upon or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of Host; (d) agree to be bound by these terms.]
