Inside the program: 

Core Rehab Work: 

  • Gentle yet effective core activation exercises

  • Focus on reconnecting with deep core muscles (TVA, pelvic floor)

  • Breathwork and posture correction techniques

  • Core rehab guidance for early postpartum stages

Mobility:

  • Full-body mobility flows to reduce stiffness and improve movement

  • Targeted stretches for hips, back, and shoulders

  • Support for real-life movements like lifting, carrying, and breastfeeding posture

  • Low-impact sessions designed to improve range of motion and coordination 

Phased-Out Strength Training:

  • Gradual, stage-based strength training for progressing postpartum

  • Focus on regaining functional strength and muscular endurance

  • Home-based workouts using minimal equipment (ex: bands, dumbbells)

  • Each phase builds on the last—safely increasing intensity as strength returns

[By participating in any event or program hosted by Jennifer Kandrac, as well as by participating in any virtual, in person, group class or private training, you accept the following:

Jennifer Kandrac (Host), shall not be held responsible nor liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable or consequential damages or injuries incurred before, during, or after this program. If any injury incurs, Host is not held liable for any lost profits, personal or business interruptions, personal injuries, accidents, or any other loss, malady, disease or difficulty, or otherwise.

It is mutually understood that when engaging in physical activity of any kind, including but not limited to, any exercise or exercise program, there is a possibility of physical injury. By engaging in this program, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk; you are voluntarily participating in this program and assume all risk of injury to yourself and any parties who participate in this program along with you, and you agree to fully release and discharge Host from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of this program. 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you agree and acknowledge that, in addition to what is stated above, that you: (a) have consulted with a licensed medical physician (including without limitation an obstetrician-gynecologist, as applicable) prior to engaging in this fitness program; (b) have been medically cleared by that physician to participate in this fitness program without restriction or limitation and without unusual risk of harm to yourself; (c) acknowledge that the fitness program and all associated materials are the sole intellectual property of the Host; (d) will not copy, reproduce, grant unauthorized access to, infringe upon or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of Host; (e) agree to be bound by these terms.]
