What does the BBM course include?
- 13wk progressive strength training program and group course.
- We kick off with an initial movement strategy session so you know exactly what weights / equipment to work with based on your unique needs, strengths and weaknesses.
- 6 strength training programs to work through over the course of the 13wks, (2 new full body strength programs each month).
- Full follow along videos for ALL written programs
- Bi-weekly health and wellness group calls (via Zoom), centered around strength training, cross training, fueling your body for fitness, the impact of diet culture, and how to focus on uplifting measures of success that are NOT dictated by the number on the scale.
- BONUS on-demand classes including cardio classes, pilates, stretching, mobility, and foam rolling videos as well
- Access to me on a daily basis (Mon-Fri) for coaching, support and guidance via the BBM private messaging group.

Hi friends, I'm Jenn!
A little about me:
I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Pilates instructor and pre/postnatal trainer local to the Greater Boston area.
Back in the day when I first started working out on my own in high school, I remember feeling SO intimidated by the weight room. Thinking, "where do I even start?! How much weight is too much? Too little?" Most of my workouts would consist of cardio and then crunches on the floor (that was the only way to work my abs I thought..) followed by an upper body series I made up... lorddd I wish there was a program like BBM back then to help give me guidance.
Fast forward years later... I created The Body Boost Movement so YOU feel confident, knowledgable, and supported learning how to strength train for the long run!

This course is for those ready to take the next step and build confidence in their strength training abilities! Whether you're hooked on cardio and have just dabble in strength training, or your routine feels like a misfit of youtube workouts, know that I am here to help guide you and hold you accountable through these 13-weeks!
Through this course you will gain strength over the 13 weeks while also learning how to cross train and create balance in your weekly workouts.
My focus is always on instilling uplifting measures of success so you build a healthy and happy relationship with your body.

How long is this course?
-13 consecutive weeks
How often will we meet live?
-Bi-weekly via Zoom (every other Monday at 5:30pm EST).
What time/ days will the calls be hosted and what happens if I miss a call?
-Monday's at 5:30pm EST. All calls will be recorded and uploaded to the BBM portal so if you miss a call you can watch the recording after the fact! In between calls you can find my in our private messenger app Monday - Friday :)
What if I have to miss a week or I’m away for a couple days?
-Totally fine! I want you to do all the things you normally would in a three month period so this fits into your life and doesn't take over it All Zoom calls are recorded and uploaded to the BBM portal. We cover an entire lesson on what to do when on vacation or don’t have the means to do your programs.
I am doing a lot of cardio right now, but know I need more strength training, would I be a good fit for this course?
-YES! This program is designed to help you feel more confident in your abilities to strength train and to establish a set routine.
I am currently doing strength based group-ex classes and/ or training on my own, would I be a good fit?
-YES! I will teach you how to level up your fitness routine, cross train with classes and strength training, and teach you how and why we strength train so you feel confident moving forward after the 13-weeks on your own.
Is it ok if I go higher or lower in weights than others in the course?
-Absolutely, this course is designed for YOU to be able to determine what weights / equipment is the correct match for you.
Can I do this at home if I don’t have access to a gym?
-This course was designed for people working out at home! We keep it back to basics with equipment. You'll need a few sets of challenging dumbbells and kettlebell(s), bands and other equipment will be optional!
How often will I have access to you as my coach through this group program?
-DAILY for all weekdays! This course is incredibly hands on as all questions and communication will live in our private messenger ap. This group offers not only Q&A, but weekly prompts, motivation, and support in addition to the digital platform we use for resources and lessons.
