Hi! I'm Jenn👋

I'm a certified pre/postnatal trainer on a mission to help women feel strong and supported through the evolution of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

After working with countless private clients, I created this self-guided, at-home program to make expert support more accessible—using minimal equipment and easy to follow workouts.

I know how limited and precious your solo time is as a mom... I feel you! I designed this program to allow you to just press play and follow along. From those early, fragile weeks postpartum to rebuilding your strength and stamina for the long-run, I've got you covered.

The best part? I filmed this entire program during my own postpartum recovery. I healed my Diastasis recti, rebuilt my strength, and regained confidence through the same movements I now share with you. Not only is this program personal to me — I'm living proof that it WORKS.
