60min Deep Dive Consult + Movement Assessment

Session includes an hour of 1:1 time to cover your fitness history, goals, in addition to a complete movement assessment. The purpose of this session is for you to walk away with a greater understanding of concrete ways to strengthen your weaknesses, improve your exercise-form, push towards your goals, and further challenge your strengths.

What you can expect from your session:

  •  Pre-consult questionnaire so I can learn a little bit about you ahead of our session! 

  •  A deep dive of your current routine (or lack thereof) so I can offer a fresh starting point moving forward.

  •  A movement assessment to cover all basic, functional movement patterns to help you surpass your current strengths, and strengthen your weaker areas. 

  •  A follow up email that details what we covered in the 1:1 session with tactical pointers for you moving forward in your fitness journey!
