This four week program covers the basic elements of strength by setting your foundation with bodyweight focused exercises first in order to nail down proper form and build your confidence in your abilities.

  • Four LIVE training sessions via Zoom (one per week for the four weeks). Each live session will include a 45min workout to cover the new program in addition to a 15min summary / Q&A. 

  • Full access to me as your coach within this group setting for the program term, (12/5/22-1/1/23).

  • Four weeks within the Entry Level Strength private Facebook group for all questions, guidance with workouts and accountability.

I'm Jenn, founder and owner of Jenn Kandrac Fitness LLC

Greater Boston resident, I have been in the fitness industry for over five years. I found a love for group fitness years ago, which snowballed into opening my own business in order to further my passion for helping women grow strong and confident. 

I created Entry Level Strength because this is the type of program I wish I had when I initially started working out. An opportunity to understand and grasp the basics of strength so that you feel more prepared in all other elements of fitness. I'm here to strip the self-doubt and provide a welcoming approach to fitness so you feel confident moving your body.
